Tim Lynch Joins ECSI to Lead New Fire Sprinkler Services Division

EAGAN, MN – December 2025 – ECSI System Integrators is pleased to announce that Tim Lynch has joined the company as Account Manager of Fire Sprinkler Services, effective December 2025. In this role, Lynch will be instrumental in building and managing a new fire sprinkler system service team designed to complement and work alongside ECSI's established fire alarm team.

The new fire sprinkler service division is set to launch in January 2026. In its first year, ECSI will focus on providing service and maintenance for clients with existing fire sprinkler systems, ensuring they remain compliant with local, state, and national fire codes, including those outlined by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), such as NFPA 25. These services are designed to maintain system functionality, reliability, and compliance with critical safety regulations. Further down the line, the company plans to expand its fire sprinkler portfolio to include full installation services.

Lynch brings extensive industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for fire protection to ECSI. Following in his father's footsteps as a sprinkler fitter, he enrolled in a five-year apprenticeship program and became a licensed sprinkler fitter himself. During the final year of his apprenticeship, Lynch joined Shield Fire Protection, where he advanced from journeyman to foreman, obtained his managing employee and contractor's license, and eventually became a partner in the company.

As industry trends evolved, Lynch recognized an opportunity to expand his career in a new direction. His decision to join ECSI represents a strategic alignment that will enable the organization to offer enhanced services to both existing and future customers.
