Example of Fire Sprinkler Systems

Fire Sprinkler Systems

ECSI System Integrators provides a range of services to ensure that fire sprinkler systems remain compliant with local, state, and national fire codes, such as those outlined by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). These services are designed to maintain the system's functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.

Inspection Services

Routine inspections, as required by NFPA 25 and local codes, include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual checks to ensure system functionality. These involve visual inspections for damage, corrosion, leaks, or obstructions in sprinkler heads and pipes, verifying control valves are properly secured and in the correct position, and ensuring alarm devices like water flow alarms and pressure switches are functioning correctly.

Testing Services

Flow testing ensures adequate water pressure and volume for fire suppression, while hydrostatic testing checks pipes and components for leaks under high pressure. Fire pump testing verifies operational performance, and backflow preventer testing ensures devices prevent water supply contamination. Trip testing confirms proper activation and operation of dry pipe, pre-action, or deluge systems.

maintenance SERVICES

Preventive maintenance includes cleaning sprinkler heads, lubricating valves, and replacing worn components, while repairs address issues like damaged sprinkler heads, leaks, or corroded pipes found during inspections. System flushing removes debris or sediment to maintain performance, and corrosion management involves treating and/or replacing corroded pipes to prevent system failures.
