Omni Viking Lakes Hotel

Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is an awe-inspiring destination for both leisure and business travelers alike. Drawing upon Nordic architectural traditions, this 14-story hotel features elements inspired by the American-Nordic landscapes. It is conveniently located along I-494 with easy access to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Anchored by the Minnesota Vikings team headquarters and practice facility, this four-star, full-service hotel is the mainstay of the Viking Lakes mixed-use development.

The scope of work for this project included:

• Panduit structured cabling that consisted of 276K feet of Category 6A cable
• Panduit net-key Cat6A jacks that consisted of 6,748 terminations
• Corning single mode optical fiber that consisted of 5000’ of optical fiber and 396 LC connectors
• Complete turn-key audio video system install consisting of speakers, room controllers, schedulers, TV’s, headend equipment and all associated cabling
• Complete turn-key CCTV system consisting of NVR’s, (96) cameras, Cat6A cabling and commissioning
• Complete turn-key access control system consisting of headend equipment, field devices, and cabling. test and turn up
• Complete turn-key Notifier by Honeywell fire alarm system including all headend equipment, permits, 1,200 field devices, 81,000 feet of cabling and commissioning
