1302 Bank Building

ECSI transformed a century-old building, originally a bank in its heyday, by upgrading its technology to accommodate for modern business needs. The ground floor has been redesigned to house two separate restaurants and the second floor now features four individual office suites.
Our team designed and installed the audio/visual, security, surveillance, and networking systems for both new restaurants. For the upstairs office project, we demolished the outdated IT systems and redesigned a comprehensive networking solution for the renovated space.

The conference room was upgraded with equipment to allow presentations on a 75” display. We installed a user-friendly video conferencing system, allowing seamless virtual meetings for tenants.
We added background music capabilities to the central open area of the units. This space is designed for tenants to gather, collaborate, and entertain their customers.

Since the building was older, we had to get creative with the wiring to keep everything seamless and functional.
The owner also needed some electrical work, so we teamed up with Hunt Electric’s Special Service’s Division to accomplish this scope’s requirements. Offering both services was a big plus for the customer and showcased Hunt and ECSI’s teamwork.
Our collective expertise allowed the newly installed, modern systems to blend with the building’s classic architecture and charm.
